Notes: This is a great 2cam mix show. 1st cam is on the left side
and the 2nd is in the middle. The 1st cam has a very clear picture
but the 2nd cam is a little bit grainy nothing bad though. It is a
stand alone dvd so it has the plain jane menu and chapters every
5 minutes. Overall it's a great performance from the Kings Of Metal.
