Note: Live In Luton is an old capture, and there is something about the
stream which WinDVD doesn`t like. It uses a lot of cpu, so there might
be some jerkiness on the video. PowerDVD and my standalone both
play it properly, so hopefully this will not affect many people.

Note: this was broadcast as a 4:3 picture in a 16:9 frame. Actually I think it`s
wider than 4:3 (14:9, maybe). This makes no difference on a wide screen,
but on a 4:3 display you might wish to pan-scan the video to fill more of
the screen.
