Another high-above 2004 show that really
works. The quality of the video itself is
much better than the Uniondale shows
and probably a tad more than the East
Rutherford boot.
Apparently the original version had some
horrendous syncing issues with the
Livemet audio. But, I wouldn't know since
this one is perfect.
The taper gets most of the filming correct,
but I'd love to have seen some better
closeups on Kirk, especially during his
solos to 'Eve' and 'King'. In fact it was
difficult to get any sort of cap of Kirk in
this one, he's always looking down at the
crowd.
Not a bad setlist, but I'd have loved a few
older ones over 'Memory', 'Page' and
'Disappear' to even the whole thing out a
bit. Back when I just had the audio I
noticed this is definetely the best
performance of 'Eve' that they had done.
James doesn't fuck up any words!
Great menus once again from the best
DVD author I believe is out there!
