Notes: Both dv sources were captured from digital clones of the master tapes. The digicam footage was encoded from mpeg4. All editing and resampling was done with Final Cut Pro 5 and the dvd was created with DVD Studio Pro 4. Special thanks to the tapers, both audio and video and for everyone else who helped me acquire sources for this. The dual layer dvd is distinguishable by the three stars on either side of the "Live in Chicago" line on the main menu.
