NOTES: The filmer sent me the digital files so I could author the DVD version and send him back the result. I hope sharing this kind of quality release will help other authorers to release their work. We are sharing this for the good of the GN'R fan base, because fans deserve quality, even if they're not "big traders" or whatever.
I have not remastered the video or audio source because I wanted to respect the master quality, which is pretty damn good for an old recording. I compared again the audio from the cam to the other audio source there is for this show, and the cam sound can really stand the comparison. Sure, I could have done a 5.1 mix or whatever but I really wanted to stay true to the source. This is master sourced, no VHS transfer involved at all! This is the best version of this show, period. It completely blows away the VHS transfers that exist already.
DISCLAIMER: there are a few tape problems on DVD2, which were on the master (the tape has worn out a bit over the years). Nothing awful, but it's especially present on parts of You Could Be Mine and Heaven's Door. You have been warned.
