Notes from CG:

Shot from Meg's side but from a much better angle than Angle 1 of Set 1. This is one of the best audience
videos of the White Stripes I've ever seen. Stunning quality. An incredibly intimate set.

The show named as Title #2 on this DVD's menu——an audience-shot video of the White Stripes' 2001-12-06 gig at
The Forum in London——is not included here for the same reason I could not torrent the entire Pre-FM source of
that show: "Love Sick." It was officially released on the B-side of CD2 of the "Fell In Love With A Girl"
single. Torrenting an "alternate source" would be against DIME's rules. Like a friend of mine once said, it's
not as though Jimmy Page used an audience recording for How the West Was Won. You know? The White Stripes
obviously didn't use the audio from an audience video for that single. However, the Pre-FM audio source of
"Love Sick" and the B-side version sound identical. Anyway, that's beside the point! Rules are rules and I
will continue to respect them. I'd rather torrent this portion——a complete set——than the whole DVD with both
'titles' and see it banned over *one* song.
Better to share this wonderful show in its entirety than nothing at all, right? :)

Many thanks to greengoblin for sending me the complete DIA DVD set! I owe you one, buddy.

The concert was held in the Diego Rivera Court at the Detroit Institute of Arts in Detroit. One of the
most unusual venues to see a concert of this type. The venue was more suited for a violin performance
than a rock show, but the White Stripes put forth an amazing show and played almost their entire
library during a two-set engagement.
